Unable to share Outlook2K3 calendar

I recently installed Exchange 2003 (new install) and Outlook 2003 clients on
my network. I would like to share the calendar & contacts for a couple
users, but no other user can open the user's information.

On the user's account, we'll call it Lee, I have granted full editor
privileges to all users on the network to both Mailbox-Lee, calendar, &
contacts.

When another user tries to view anything underneath Lee on open additional
mailboxes, it does not expand past Mailbox-Lee and the client does not even
see the option for Calendar or Contacts.

Please tell me what I am doing wrong & I appreciate your assistance.

what permissions are set on the top level of Lee? (where outlook today is)
It should be set for none for the users and folder visible should be
checked.
