Unable to start Access 97

Had to uninstall and reinstall Office 97 Pro on Win98SE
machine. Access now will not start with a message:

"Cannot run Access as there is no license on this
machine".

I installed it to the D: drive instead of the C: drive as
it was before, but obviously I have the product key. What
can I do to resolve it? Is there a registry entry I can
edit?

Hey Matt,

I'm sure I've seen that specific error in the Internet Technet
database (http://technet.microsoft.com) - that's always a good place
to start when you get an error...
