I was no longer able to send e-mails through my Outlook account although I
could still receive them. The error message I was getting said to contact my
ISP which I did. When they couldn't resolve the issue they recommended using
Outlook Express and walked me through switching over but Outlook Express does
not have a Calendar and I live and breath by my Outlook Calendar. When I try
to go back into my Outlook account I get the following error message: Unable
to start processing services. Could not open this item. Try again. I would
really love to go back to my Outlook account.

Outlook is not an account, its a mail application, in which you set your
mail accounts up
Use the Repair option for outlook, or use your Office cd for whatever
mystery version you have
