I have several users on Office XP. When in Word or Excel they go to File,
Send To, Mail Recipient (As Attachment), the e-mail opens containing the
attachment. The problem is that they are unable to leave that unsent e-mail
containing the attachment open if they need to switch back to their inbox or
another e-mail. We never had this problem with Outlook 2000 and not all of
our users on XP have this problem. Any assistance on how to correct this
would be greatly appreciated!
