Did you install the Chapura PocketMirror software on your Palm OS
installation CD? If it did not come with your installation CD, then go to
http://www.chapura.com and purchase it.

Did you check the settings? If you click on Hotsync icon
go into customise and go into, say, outlook and check it
to synchronise and check the default box. Try hotsync and
see if that works
