I cannot synchronize my palm tungsten E with Outlook 2002. I followed the suggestions on the palm website to correct the problem and spent two hours with palm telephone support with no luck. Palm says that the problem is a Microsoft problem. Error messages received include:
1. The selcected source folder [Personal Folders\calendar] was not found in Outlook. Synchronization will be performed with the default source folder [Personal Folders\calendar].-Not synchronized Outlook Calendar synchronization failed
2. The selcected source folder [Personal Folders\Contacts] was not found in Outlook. Synchronization will be performed with the default source folder [Personal Folders\Contacts].-Not synchronized Outlook Contacts synchronization failed
3. The selcected source folder [Personal Folders\Tasks] was not found in Outlook. Synchronization will be performed with the default source folder [Personal Folders\Taskss].-Not synchronized Outlook Tasks synchronization failed
4. The conduits were unable to attach to Outlook, possibly because the login was canceled or otherwise failed.
Any suggestions?
