Unable to type or add in new sections

I cannot type in previously made text boxes or make new text boxes or add in
new sections... Or anything! My one note is virtually frozen, and I can't
find a solution. Please help!

Might you pls explain *exactly* what "the same issue" might mean
exactly?

I most cases so-called "Me-too"s are different from the issues of an old
thread.
