Unable to Update Public Free/Busy Data

I have a user, a VP of course, who keeps getting the
message: Unable to Update Public Free/Busy Data. He is
running Office XP SP3. The notes for SP3 said they would
fix this problem but it just seemed to add a check box to
not show the error. How can I fix this?
