Hi have 1 user getting the following error under outlook 2000 sp3 on windows
2000;
"unable to update public free / busy data. Outlook can't find the mail
service provider. To check your profile settings, double click the mail
icon in Windows control panel, or try to log on to the mail system again."
Would this be related to articles 816942 & 814555?
