Unable to update the resource Information to project Server.

Hi,

One of my client has a problem here. All his tasks in the project are
completed . He has published them in the Project server as well. But
the updates are not reflected when he views them in Project Web
Access.

Also he finds this warning message in the resource usage tab every
time he opens his project from the desk top version.

"Information for this resource has changed.Select Publish New and
Changed Assignments"

Any idea as to what is causing this error inspite of all the tasks
completed and there are no new updates which are being done.

Any help will be greately appreciated.
