unable to use themes after in outlook 2007

Hi everyone,

I have office 2003 installed on my pc and decided to upgrade the outlook
only portion of it to outlook 2007 and suddenly i have realized that my
themes no longer work and i cant even click the button for themes because it
is not allowing me to.
Any assistance would be really apreciated.

themes require the full office suite, they don't work with standalone
versions of outlook.
