When I try to save a user define chart, i am getting the error
message:
"microsoft excel cannot save the user defined chart b/c the chart
gallery does not exist or is currently in use"
At that point, I am prompted to save my file, which I do, and then I
can see and use the user defined chart for the time being. HOWEVER,
once i close out of excel and reopen it, the user defined chart is
gone.
Does anyone know what my options are to get this resolved? Thanks for
any suggestions.
As an aside, I was told (by Gord Dibben) that i need to be using
XLUSRGAL.XLS and XL8GALRY.XLS.
I do not have the xlusrgal.xls file.
I can find the xl8galry.xls file when i search my computer, but the
xlusgal file does not show up. Do you happen to know where i can find
the xlusrgal file, so that i can try to save it in the same folder as
the one in which the xl8galry.xls exists?
Thanks!
