Unable to view all projects in PWA

I am unable to view all published projects under the "Projects" tab in
PWA. I can see all published projects in the "Risks", "Issues"
and "Documents" tab but not the "Projects" tab. I have all
permissions from admin to project manager. Any thoughts?

BTW, I am using Project Server 2003 with Project Professional and the
project is checked in.
