Unable to view image tiff file in outlook - pls help

Hi all, I am having problem viewing my image tiff file, from my office
faxes.. please advise any solution.. not very IT sauvvy, hope step by step
advise.. cheers

What kind of problems do you have?
TIFF files are not opened by Outlook but by an external application that is
set in Windows to open TIFF files.
Which version of Outlook are we talking about?

I remembered I have similar problem before, but after deleting the
temporary internet file, the problem solve.
But this time, it doesn't work. It was working fine. But didn't know

You still haven't told us what "can't open" means. Exactly what do you see
when you try?

Clearing the Temporary Internet Files folder will not help you here. You'll
have to clear the SecureTemp folder.
