Unable to view images

A machine on our network is having problems with Microsoft
Word. Inserted images are not viewable, however they are
visible when doing a print preview.

When logged on as admin the problems do not occur, however
the user has full administrator rights!

Any help would be appreciated!

Tools | Options | View:

1. Check the box for "Drawings." This affects only objects in the drawing
layer (including text boxes and wrapped graphics), so it has no effect on
Normal view.

2. Clear the check box for "Picture placeholders." This applies to inline
graphics, which are displayed in all views.
