unable to view project & project's tasks in PWA

individual users can't see their tasks though they might see the published
project in PWA project center.

users are defined in project server as server users (not locals)

it seems that the project is available only for some of the users but not to
all of them...

Yoav,

When you say they can't see their tasks do you mean under "My Tasks"? This
could be because the users default assignment owner is not set on their
accounts which means that the person creating the assignments in the
projects will by default be the assignment owner and all those tasks will
only show up under his/her "My Tasks" list.

If you go into the project plan and include the column "Assignment Owner"
you will see who is set there for the tasks. You will need to change them
to equal the resource names and re-publish the project plan.
