Hi Herman -

It sounds like you may have 2 separate problems:

For "1 it displays as 0,01, " select the cell then go to Format> Cells &
choose General from the list on the left.

For the second issue "10 like ,1 an 100 like 1" go to Excel> Preferences -
Edit & clear the check on "Display this number of decimal places".

Thanks for your answer. I sad something wrong, 10 = like 0,1. Basicly it display a percentage of the value. If I say general, it remains te same. Only if I say text, it remains the same. The moment I make a number out of it I get again a percentage. 1 becomes 0,01 etc. On my other mac it works ok.

Then you haven't gone on to the second part of my reply. You still have the
Preferences setting which needs to be changed. It is separate & distinct
from the formatting issue.

Thanks for your answer,
I tried the 2nd as well, but that gave 00 behind the number

I type 1, I get 0,01
I type 100, I get 1
If I say 2 digits behind I get 0,0100 and 1,00
I puzzle already a long time but nothing works. If I open an old sheet, the numbers are ok. the moment I type on a cell wit a number, it turns to 15 ot that number

I got the solution from Microsoft. it has to do with a preference. Go to edit, there wil be a box at: display this number of decimals, uncheck this, restart the programm and the problem is solved.
