Unale to logon using MS Pro2003

I have finally managed to get Server to install and can access it via PWA.
When I try to connect to it using MS Pro2003 it won't. Error message I am
getting is:- "Unable to contact Project Server. Possible reasons: URL is
mispelled; network connectivity issues or Project Server is not curently
available.

What could be the problem here?
