Hi Alex,
Check the information in the Office 2000 Resource Kit.
For Office 2000 it's named the Multilanguage Pack (MLPK)
and was part of the Office 2000 Multilanguage Pack Edition.
The Multiuser Interface (MUI) naming didn't start until Office XP.
