Unattended Installation of Office XP (using the PRORET.msi)

Hi all

Need a little advice as to how to make my Office XP pro (retail) version
install automatically.

I know that you can not create an Administrative install point as with XP
that's only possible with enterprise versions of the software :(
But there has to be a way to side step this problem.
All I want it to do is use some parameters provided (like pidkey, and what
components I want install and don't [like that annoying paperclip]).

I've edited the setup.ini file and added pidkey=<my product key without - or
"">
but is there a way I can get it to jump though each screen? to remove and
add components?

I think there would be quiet a few hundered (if not thousand) hobbyiest
wanting to know if this is possible without the need for use 3rd party
scripting application (which are bound to go wrong from time to time)...

Thanks and awaiting you expertise!

Cheers

Brodie

Bump... take it that no one has any experience of this, or the MS people are
unwilling to be helpful... there has to be a way of doing this.... oh well..
maybe it's time I move to a 2003.... but I bet i can't do an unattended
install with that either at retail level.. ffs
