Unblocking attachments

We are running Outlook 2000 (SP3) and are using personal
folders to keep our e-mail et. al. We are using W2K (SP4)
workstations.

Is there a way to unblock attachments. We have been
getting Acces tables (*.mdb tables) and they are being
blocked. This is an important issue that needs to be
resolved.
