unblocking attachments

ive never used outlook as never did like this place i only use msn messenger
for my emails and yet the attachments are blocked and ive never request this
blockage and i do want it unblocked serveral of my friends are mad cause the
pictures dont come with it. i would appreciate the unblocking as theres no
bad items at all.

Please repost your question in a newsgroup supporting Outlook. This
newsgroup is for a different program, Microsoft Access. The webpage
can be confusing - scroll down the list of subjects on the lower part
of the screen and find the areas for Outlook.
