Unchanged workbook prompting to save when closing

I have a workbook that prompts you to save when you close it even
though it has no changes made. Can someone give me some ideas on what I
should look for that might be causing this.

This workbook is created from another during a macro. However, this
workbook contains no macros, and no formulas that I can see (it pastes
values, not formulas during the macro from the original workbook). It's
not a very large workbook. It's used only to view on our web site, and
no changes would ever be made to it. I'm trying to eliminate this save
prompt by finding out why it thinks a change has been made.
