into people's heads that this is not a toy and can do some serious damage to
production machines and information.

I completely get it. It is interesting, though, that I posted several
requests for assistance yesterday to which I received no replies. To this
one, I get 4 replies. To me that is a system that is not doing its best to
help. Or is that not what this descussion group is for? Thank you for your
replies.

On googling for your name it looks like you posted your queries as a
reply to another query and in groups other than this one. So perhaps you
are having trouble finding the reply to your postings? This is a
peer-to-peer user populated newsgroup residing on a server owned by
Microsoft.
