But my workspace works well with members, expect that it always makes false
alarm that there is new message in the project tracking.

A couple days ago, I used Groove at the first time and I had backuped my
workspace successfully.

We had solved two problems:

The project tracking tool had corrupted when I was editing the sandbox. I
restored the whole workspace from another member's computer.

One of our members had reinstall winXP and lost the origin account. He
created a new account with the same name, and joined our workspace with the
old invitation. There had been alerts that there were duplicate names of
members. We deleted one of them, and workspaces works well now.

But when I tried to backup the workspace, I failed.

Hi James,

Are you attempting to back up the space by right clicking the space in the
Launchbar and then selecting to Save As > Archive? Can anyone else in the
space do this?

Yes, I did what you said but failed. Administrator and participants in my
workspace had tried the same way but failed too.

Hi James -

The error suggests a problem with the UI of the space, so I'm not sure what
you can do with that.

There used to be a few third-party backup options for Groove spaces - some
commercial some not. I'm not sure what's still available, apart from mine.

I've got a tool that can back up spaces from a separate command-line window
which might work for you - no promises mind. If you want to send me a space
invite, with an attached NDA, or similar, I can confirm whether or not I can
save your space to a backup.

Thanks. It will be great if there're some DIY tools with which I can check
the problem myself。
