Charlotte Howard

Hi,
I've recieved the message below, but I have never emailed the address that
the bounce back referred to.

Is this as a result of spammers or spoofers?
Is there any way around this?
Thanks
Charlotte

Yes, it is likely a result of either a spammer harvesting your email address
from the web/USENET, or a virus on someone elses machine that uses *their*
address book to address the From on spam messages it sends.

Not really a way around it.
