I have a computer running Outlook 2002 on a Windows XP SP1 OS. When
e-mailing to some recipients in the Global address book by typing their name
in, the message comes back undeliverable and states that the address is a
voicemail address. Theses are not entries in the Contacts Folder. There is
a voicemail extension folder for after hours calls, but this is consistent on
all of our computers. I am having this problem on only one of my computers
as far as I know. If the addres is entered by accessing the address book and
clicking on the name, there isn't a problem with the send. Any suggestions
are greatly appreciated.
