Undeliverable message from System Admininstrator

I recently added a new email account to Outlook 2003 (I have successfully
added 5 email accounts in the past) ; when I send from the new email
account, I receive an immediate reply from System Administrator stating,
"Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. 553
Sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts."
