Undeliverable Messages After Installing SP3

Since I downloaded SP3 for Outlook 2002 (Office XP),
every message I try to send gets a return message of
undeliverable... any ideas?

It this happened to me, I'd 1) reverify the account settings are correct and
that I'm properly authenticating to the outgoing server or 2) create a new
mail profile.
