Under the File Menu, Page Setup does not appear. What do I do?

I need to change the orientation of my page to landscape. It shd be easy,
right? I go to File, Page Setup, but this option does not appear in my
document? How do I find it?

that you can also easily open the Page Setup dialog by double-clicking on
the horizontal ruler (I never use any other method).
