undo a delete

How do I retrieve a deleted a folder in Outlook. I tried
to follow the Help but I am not given the option for this.

When you delete a folder, it should go into the Deleted Items folder. If
you haven't purged that folder, it should still be there. Otherwise, see

if you're using a PST for delivery or use the "Recover Deleted Items" option
in the Deleted Items folder if you're using Exchange.
