Visio Professional 2002 SR-1
User has created a Visio document (flowchart) which
contains multiple pages. When he makes any changes to
this document (add object, change text etc.) the Undo
menu option and Undo buttons remain grayed out (not
available).
If he creates a new document, the undo function works
correctly. In Tool | Options - General Tab, the "Undo
levels" option is set to 20.
How can I get the undo function back specifically for
this document?
