Undo - how to increase number of undo's

Is there a way to increase the number of undo's in project 2003? Maybe this
is a bad question, but here i go anyway. Who can live with only one level of
undo's?

There is no way to increase it. I personally know of at least a dozen people
who have been asking this face to face with the Project Development team for
several years. Hopefully the message will get through and they will do it in
a future version.
