You would think that by now, after over 20 years of computing, I would know
how Undo works, but Outlook has me flummoxed. While cleaning up my inbox and
deleting entries, if I change my mind and issue the Undo command, about 75%
of the time, Outlook does not restore the most recently deleted item, but
one from several deletions past.
What causes this??
