We work with Outlook 98 under WindowsXP and Norton Antivirus 2003.
Until October 2, we were able to send mails with attachment (photos) without
problems. Since then each such e-mail, addressed to one recipient is
duplicated - seven to, in the extreme, 200 times!!! These figures stem from
the virenscanner, checking ouutgoing mails.
E-mail without attachment is not affected!
We have de- and reinstalled Outlook, deactivated the Virenscanner, checked
aditionally with F-prot for virusses - all to no avail.
We then installed the e-mail program of Deutsche Telekom which solved the
problem - no duplication.
For various reasons we need to stay with Outlook. Any idea what could cause
the Poblem?
