unexpected error from external database driver (12294)

Every time I import a file that is around 20meg in sizr=e
I get "unexpected error from external database driver
(12294)" I can not find anything on Microsofts website.

If you want a useful answer you need to say

What sort of file you're trying to import

What version of Access and Windows you're using and what service packs
are installed

Whether this happens
- with just one file
- with all files of this type around 20 MB but not with larger or
smaller ones

and so on.
