Exchange environment with client running Outlook 2003. Customer has a
personal distribution list that she has created that she is unable to forward
emails to without getting the message ( an unexpected error has occurred). I
removed her email profile and then rebooted. I recreated it and she is still
getting the message. These distribution lists have been used in the past
without any error messages.
Does anyone have any ideas? Since forwarding to names in the Global Address
list I would have to say it has something to do with her distribution lists.
