Unexpected reboot when installing Visio

When i try to install Visio 2003 the Setup suddenly reboots the system.
In the logfile the message says Error 1601.
The same happens when i tried to install Viso Viewer but there the error
code is 1602.
How to pass by these errors or what causes these.
