Unexpected Server Response - ERROR

I am getting the following error when i try to connect
from Project Professional to Project Server 2003 and vice versa.
Can You Help me to solve this:
"Unexpected server response.
Project Server has returned and unexpected repsonse.
Click the View button to view the server response as an error page in your
browser."
I implemented the KB articles: 912272 & 910085 but with no success.
Any Idea! Please Help
