I work with multiple programs and usually have multiple windows of each
program open. This creates a huge annoyance when I choose one of my Word
douments. Instead of just moving the selected word document to the top of the
desktop, it moves EVERY instance of word to the top with the one I selected
uppermost. Is there a way to stop this from happening or is this a feature
Microsoft designed in to make life "easier" for the next Five Billion people?
