Unhandled exception at ..in WINPROJ.EXE: 0xC0000005: Access violation ..

Hi all !
I have an project with 3000 tasks with 3-4 assigments in the every
task. When I try to republish assigments, sometimes(i seems for some
tasks) MS
Project Prof end with Microsoft error-report "Unhandled exception
at ..in WINPROJ.EXE: 0xC0000005: Access violation ..".

Any suggestions?

MS Project Server 2003 SP2a
MS Project Professional SP2 (11.2.2007.1206) .
VWNotify service have priority parameter = 6.
