You can unhide rows or columns.
If the worksheet is protected you will need the password
You can retired some deleted data with Undelete but only if you do it
immediately.

Data reocvery tools can help in your case. I'm not completely sure, but
Undelete(the one I use) never failed me and were always a solution of a
