Karen

Hi,

Is there a way to unhide tasks in a timesheet after the 'Hide button' has
been used?

Thanks

Thanks for your help! Do you happen to know if there is a way to remove this
function from the timesheet?

Thanks

Karen -

PWA -> Admin - > Server Configuration - > Features

In the Tasks area, you can set Hide Tasks from Timesheet to Deny.
However, this will cause an accumulation of tasks unless you have a
process for removing closed/completed projects from Project Server or
you use the Clean Up Project Server Database functionality to
periodically remove deleted or very old tasks.

I think it is better to leave this function turned on and make it a
training issue that people don't hide tasks unless there is a really
good reason. Also, let your managers know that tasks can be unhid by
republishing.
