Hi Mark, (Hiding and Unhiding Worksheets)
You can Group the sheets first, by adding additional sheets
while holding the Ctrl key. Then hide your sheets as you
did before Format, Sheet, Hide/unhide.
When you group sheets any change you make to one sheet
will be made to the other sheets in the group. So make sure
you either hide your sheets immediately which will ungroup
them. The normal way to ungroup is to right click on any
worksheet tab and choose ungroup.
Now if you want to unhide them all once, that would require a
macro. Instructions to install and use a macro are in
http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/excel.htm
Sub UnHideAllSheets()
Dim cell as range For Each cell In Sheets
cell.Visible = True
Next cell
End Sub
If you want something more elaborate using a form and creating an addin,
see the following. There are also very well hidden sheets which you can
look up in VBE help.

You might also take a look at John Walkenbach's

when a sheet is very hidden it can only be unhidden through code.
Please try to use a more descriptive subject title next time you
post a new thread, and your including your first and last name would be nicer
