Uninsatlling Office XP

Hi,

Can anyone help please? I want to uninstall Office XP on a
PC with Winodws XP Pro and then I want to install Office
97. Will this work? What problems may I encounter? I want
to use the newley installed Outlook 97 connected to
exchange.
