Uninstall AC '03 and reinstall AC '07

Upgraded to Office '07 and now I find my two DBs done in AC '03 have lost a
lot of capabilities. This suggests I'd have to do a lot of rebuilding of
forms, switchboards, macros, etc., even tho' I've converted the DBs to '07
format.

Question: Can I just uninstall the Access part of Office '07 and then
reinstall AC '03? I'd really be happier to stay with a version of my DBs that
works.

What sort of capabilities did you lose? I'm unaware of functionality having
been lost in Access 2007.

Realistically, you don't even need to uninstall Access 2007: you can have
multiple versions of Access on a single machine.

I wasn't suggesting the app itself had less capability than the '03 version.
Rather, it's just that a number of important forms (not taking input, buttons
not working)and reports (not even opening) no longer function in the '07
version. This means I'd have to put in a lot of time just to rework them all
in design view until I got 'em working again.

So, I'm relieved to learn that I can just get back to my '03 version of AC
with no big effort. Thanks.

ONLY A GUESS:

Perhaps you have not designated a TRUSTED LOCATION and put your
converted databases into that location.

If the databases are not in a designated Trusted Location, your VBA code
will not run.

However you shouldn't need to do anything to get stuff that worked in
A2003 working in A2007.

John may have the answer for you.
