uninstall add-in (visio 2007, visual studio 2008)

Hi

I developed a visio add-in (with a toolbar) that turns up in Visio every
time I load it (even when not debugging, just launching visio from the start
menu).

How do I uninstall it?

It is not in Add/Remove Programs.
