uninstall addin

i have a addin that installs a menu and toolbar in word, excel and outlook.
it works in word and excel. i had to enable it in outlook (... disabled
addins). then it worked. i shut down outlook and it was gone. now i cannot
uninstall it totaly in word and excel (the menu is still there but doesn't do
anything) and cannot reinstall it totaly ??? where are the remaining files
and registerentries.
already reinstalled office .... i'm out of idees.

Contact the supplier/creator of the add-in, without knowing what it
is/does/how it works the only advice anyone else could offer would be to
re-install Office (even that might not remove it).
