Uninstall error - file missing "511735.MAINSP1op.msp"

I am unable to update my Office Professional Edition 2003 or uninstall and
reinstall because of the missing file. Location should be:
C;\program files\officeupdate11\cabs\511735\

install a program called windows install clean up

then highlight the program you want to clean up,, in this case,
microsoft office and it should fix the problem
