Uninstall OE

I want to force my users to use Office Outlook and not Outlook Express.
How do I uninstall outlook express without uninstalling IE???

You can't but you can use Group Policies to prohibit people from starting up
certain executables. Note that when you do this people can't use the
newsreader fuctionality of Outlook Express either.

Okay but how about if I am not using AD...
I have previously read a paper about how to do this without AD but also
heard it applies to the administrator too.

Yes, you can set Deny permissions on the executable of OE. For other
solutions check in an OE newsgroup. This is an Microsoft Office Outlook
forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
